Sony needed an international solution that would allow for tailor-made point of sale support for the latest Smurf movie, driven by what the retail space would allow. We created a toolkit – segmented by different design themes and size solutions – presenting different ways of merchandising the dvd release with supporting customer engagement promotional pieces. 
The various options were made available by market via the client’s own international online portal, so local offices could select solutions according to their channel needs.
